The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight
The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight flying over St.Andrews Church, Tangmere.
The Lancaster PA 474, accompanied by Spitfire Mk XIX PM 631 and Hurricane PZ 865, flew over the church on the 16th September 1998, with the 500 prints onboard, at 12.45. The BBMF were en route to Jersey, where they landed at 13.35.

The prints were transfered to the Dakota ZA 947 for the return flight to Southend, where they arrived on the 18th September 1998 at 12.00.
